Pimss Features - Experience
Yet another unique feature within PIMSS is the Experience section.
An employee may have worked on a specific project and may have performed a unique and specific task. This section will allow you to record that as experience.
This experience is important when allocating personnel to a specific task. Utilising this section will ensure that you provide the most appropriate employee.
PIMSS will allow you to record any Experience that an employee has gained.
You can record the date of an experience and each experience can be rated and along with the Vocational Roles / Skills section it allows you to view personnel in much greater detail than by qualifications alone.
The reports section provides several reports whereby Personnel can be viewed by their Experience.
